The intelligent archive management system adopts advanced RFID automatic identification technology and computer software technology, uses RFID electronic tags as information storage media and sticks them on archive bags, stores the basic information of the archive and the records of collection and return in the RFID chip, and uses non-contact intelligent librarian workstations, intelligent bookshelves and other RFID reading and writing equipment, in conjunction with the back-end database management system, to achieve information management of the borrowing, returning, searching and inventorying of archives. At the same time, the system installs intelligent security doors at the entrance and exit of the archive room, which can realize automatic anti-theft and archive entry and exit confirmation functions through long-distance RFID authentication.

System composition

RFID hardware devices all use RFID core reading and writing technology and implement corresponding functions according to their different functional requirements. These devices include: security monitoring door, librarian workstation, mobile/portable librarian assistant (mobile inventory vehicle), RFID tag conversion system equipment, RFID portable handheld inventory machine, etc. Each RFID terminal device is connected to the system network as a client terminal.
