Visualization of the production line enables the enterprise management to discover the status of products in production and the operation of the production line in real time. The system mainly consists of assembly lines, RFID data collection systems, work-in-progress and workstations. Products in production move on the assembly line. When they arrive at the workstation, workers remove the recycled products for spare parts assembly. After completion, they are put back on the assembly line until all processes are completed.

1. Data collection and status monitoring are the core of industrial manufacturing

RFID technology uses instruments, equipment, and technical means to collect equipment status or equipment failure problems to identify processes based on equipment changes. Real-time monitoring of CNC machine tools collects various status information of machine tools through DNC network and machine tool control, and can obtain the operating status of machine tools through the network.
